Return Policy for Novaya: 30 days after receipt. The item must be unused and with the tags attached.
Returns: Please send an email with your order number and the reason for the return. Shipping costs are covered by the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds: Processed within 14 working days after receipt (shipping costs are not refunded).
Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not available; we recommend placing a new order.
